1 General Terms & Introduction

77c777 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "the Company") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 77c777 and all registered users ("Members").

2 Account Registration & Membership

Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when registering an account on 77c777. The Company reserves the right to close any account registered with false information at any time, and any funds held in such an account may be forfeited.

• Each individual may open a maximum of one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be valid and active.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
• Large withdrawals may be withheld until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years of age to participate on the 77c777 platform. Protecting minors from gaming is both our ethical responsibility and a matter we take an uncompromising stance on.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• Members may be asked to verify their age at any time using a national ID card or passport.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).

• Withdrawals will preferably be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5 Betting Rules & Conditions

Members participate in betting on 77c777 entirely of their own free will and bear full responsibility for any wins or losses. The company does not guarantee any winnings.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 77c777 reserves the right to void or amend the affected bet.
• Any winnings from bets placed on events involving match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.
• 77c777 is not responsible for any issues arising from network delays during live betting.
• Bet limits (minimum and maximum) are subject to change at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly—specific wagering requirements must be met first.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77c777 platform and may result in account suspension or termination, as well as legal action:

• Using another member's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Opening an account or claiming a bonus using fraudulent information.
• Harassing or engaging in offensive conduct toward other members.
• Attempting to breach or hack the system.

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

77c777 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a member's account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• For business reasons of the Company.
• In compliance with legal directives.

If an account is closed without any breach of the Terms, the balance will be returned. However, if the closure is due to a Terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

77c777 is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or network issues.
• Issues caused by third-party software or server downtime.
• Losses arising from issues with the Member's own device.
• Unforeseen or unintentional technical errors.

However, compensation will be considered in cases of verifiable errors resulting from a Company decision.

12 Changes to Terms & Their Effect

77c777 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• You may be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.
• The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
• In the event of a dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.
